So I met this guy that happens to be black and white as well. The relationship is great so far and we have a lot in common. The fact that were both mulattoes doesn't really come up a lot between us like I thought it would, which in some ways is good. I'm so happy! |

Yes, "it" probably won't "come up"... in a relationship, imo, it's usually about other things.. Things like "Does he make you laugh and feel good?" or "Do you make him laugh" (that's a great feeling, when you know that you're making someone happy!).. There's feeling good about things when you're with him, and feeling better than you might (when things are going badly).... Um.... (PW leans back in her chair and looks off in the distance as she goes back in her memories...) There are so many wonderful, wonderful parts to a relationship. Let us know what happens! ~PW

Reply with quote | #3 | I hope it goes well. You both have the unspoken liminal connection. Only mulattoes who have dated other mulattoes knows this feeling.
I've been in love with a white gal but I truly never felt like i could be 100% myself. I wanted be a little ghetto sometimes lol. I feel like I can be myself with another mulatto , it just feels right. Kudos to you!
